All children younger than 5 years old in Bracken County can enroll for a FREE monthly book.

Once a members total contribution to the Rotary Annual Fund reaches $1000, they are considered Paul Harris Fellows.
September 26 Meeting. President, Tom Burke, introduced District Governor Seema Sachdeva and her husband from the Pikeville Club. Seema gave an update of the Pikeville Flooding relief efforts and thanked Augusta Rotary for its $500 donation and for its active community involvement. She spoke about the 2022-23 theme, Imagine Rotary, and urged the Augusta Club to support empowering women in Rotary by increasing female participation in the
Club to 30%.
Seema’s husband, PDG Rakesh Sachdeva, spoke on behalf of the Rotary Foundation and the latest
efforts to eradicate polio, including the wild polio virus and its variants.
Shelly Funke Frommeyer, who is running for State Senate, also visited and gave us a brief update about herself.
